Audience Guide

These concerts are held on weekend afternoons at 2pm and provide a look at our cycle's works under a magnifying glass. The first half of the concert is devoted to providing a detailed explanation of salient historical and musical features of 1-2 movements of different pieces. Followed by a coffee and snack break, the second half of the program resumes with an open rehearsal focusing on the details mentioned in the first half of the performance. 

We welcome you to join us in the culmination of the matinee concerts of the preceding weeks. Drinks and hors d'œurves are served starting at 7pm and the music begins at 7:30 in order to give our guests time to relax and chat with the musicians and other audience members. Audiences may notice a smaller talking portion in these concerts in an effort to let the musical ideas speak for themselves, but there will still be commentary throughout the concert. Clapping is allowed in between movements, but we kindly  ask for no videos or flash photography to be taken during the performance.

We currently offer two tiers of tickets: General Admission and Student tickets. If you would like to order student tickets, please bring a valid student ID to our event. Groups of 10 or more may be eligible for a discount. Please email Leah at insightchamberplayers@gmail.com to arrange your visit.

It is our duty as a young organization to provide high quality music concerts at an affordable price. 100% of your ticket goes to paying the musicians fairly and providing excellent catering and service to each event. 

Patrons of all giving levels may exchange their tickets for free. All other guests will be charged a $2.50 fee per ticket. If you can’t use or exchange your tickets, please pass them on to friends or return them to the box office for resale. To donate your tickets, please email Leah at insightchamberplayers@gmail.com and a receipt will be mailed to you acknowledging the value of the tickets.

If you have lost or misplaced your ticket, we are able to access a record of all tickets sold and will be able to let you in with a valid ID.

We accept day of ticket sales until the time of the concert and sell tickets at the door.
